The Theatre Museum offers a variety of practical workshops that introduce different aspects of performing arts. For the workshops and guided tours, we emphasise participant engagement as insights gained through experience tend to stick with us in the longer term. Our aim is to provide our visitors with keys to understanding the forms of expression in theatre and other performing arts.

Guided tours are a great option for those looking for a more informative approach to the Theatre Museum. The workshops for the temporary exhibitions can be found under Specialities of the Season. If needed, we will be happy to tailor our packages to meet the needs of every group!
Workshops and guided tours can be organised for all age groups. There is a recommendation regarding the appropriate age for each workshop, but almost all activities can be adapted. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
For most of our workshops you can choose the duration, the cost will be determined accordingly. Recommended upper limit to the workshops is 15 to 20 participants, depending on the workshop. If your group is larger than recommended, please mention this when contacting us and we will tailor the visit for you.
Adult workshops are priced as a combination of a guide fee and entrance fees. Groups can stay after the guided part to explore the exhibitions independently.
The reduced group rate for children, educational institutions and special groups does not include independent time to visit the exhibition. If you wish to explore the exhibition after the workshop, you can return after purchasing your tickets.

Saturdays and Sundays double price. Theatre Museum is not liable to pay VAT.

For bookings and cancellations, a minimum of seven business days' notice is required. Sessions cancelled later will be liable to 50 % charge. If no prior notification will be given, we will charge the full amount and invoice the email address given for the booking. An additional 7€ invoicing fee will be charged.
