There are paid parking spaces limited to two hours around the Cable Factory. Longer-term parking is available e.g. at the Ruoholahti shopping centre garage.

Cable Factory is located in the Ruoholahti district, beside the Lauttasaari bridge.
The entrance to the Theatre Museum is from the Cable Factory Glass Courtyard side.

The ticket office and information point are located in the Glass Courtyard.
In the museums' shared lobby there are coat racks and lockers (behind the wall with information screens on the right) and toilets. Additional toilets are located on the Theatre Museum floor. Access to the Theatre Museum (2nd floor) by lift or stairs. Groups that have booked a workshop or a guided tour will be picked up from the lobby.
